Kimberly Alls, LSW Director of Arkansas Adoptions Christy Horne, Administrative Assistant		Greetings from North Little Rock, Arkansas!! We are Kimberly Alls, Director of Adoption, and Christy Horne, Administrative Assistant. As adoptive parents ourselves we are particularly excited to be working for Dillon International and to be a part of the adoption process with other families. We both know from our own personal journeys what joy our children bring to our lives and we feel honored to be able to serve families in Arkansas as they, too, build their families through international adoption. Kimberly is the mother of four girls and one boy. Her youngest daughter was born in Vietnam and adopted though Dillon International. She attended Harding University in Arkansas and has been a licensed social worker since 1978. She has been with Dillon International for six years and feels the most gratifying part of adoption is seeing God’s plan for our lives exemplified in the form of adoption. Christy grew up in Arkansas and has degrees from both Arkansas State University and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock/University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She is married to Bill, and they are the parents of two biological children and one adopted daughter from China. Christy and Bill have been active volunteers with Dillon before she came to work on staff one year ago. We have many exciting events scheduled in the upcoming months: international adoption information meetings pre-adoption workshops support & fellowship groups for mothers-in-progress of adopting support & fellowship groups for families adopting from specific countries support & playgroups for adoptive families fundraising & volunteer opportunities to help waiting children We would love to have you join us. 		Looking for CARING HEARTS
		Exercise your caring heart by becoming a member of Dillon International's Little Rock "Caring Hearts" auxiliary. Members enjoy getting together socially several times a year while planning at least one local fundraiser to support Dillon's orphanCare International humanitarian aid programs. April 26		Dillon Day at the Little Rock Zoo 10:00 AM - Little Rock Zoo #1 Jonesboro Drive Little Rock, AR Come join other Dillon adoptive families and their guests as we meet at the Little Rock Zoo. We have reserved the pavilion at War Memorial Park and will meet there for lunch at 11:30 AM. Please bring a picnic lunch & drinks for your family plus lawn chairs, quilts, and photo albums to share with new families. Your family will be able to enjoy the zoo before and after lunch.
