Debbie
Wynne, M.S. Ed., LCPAA, is Dillon International's Director of
Adoption for Texas. Debbie also directs Buckner Adoption & Maternity
Services' domestic adoption program and supervises its
international programs in Ethiopia, Honduras, and
Russia. Debbie became Dillon's Director of
Adoption in Texas when Dillon affiliated with Buckner
International on 1/1/2009. Debbie has worked in
the adoption field for almost 20 years and is a
long-time Buckner employee.
