Highlights from 2007 Weekend

Registration for Eastern Europe Heritage Weekend is now online!
In order to make the registration process more convenient, you now have three (3) options to choose from in which to apply and pay for Eastern Europe Heritage Weekend.
RSVP by May 9, 2008

Submit application online and pay via PayPal/credit card

You MUST have email on your computer to use this option. The application form will open your email program to allow you to send it as an email attachment. You may type a message to the camp staff in the body of your email before hitting the send button on the email to submit your camp application form. If you do not have access to email, please choose the "Print and Pay with a Check" option below.

Weekend Overview

Families who have adopted children from Eastern Europe will have the opportunity to get together in Tulsa, OK, for a weekend of fun, cultural activities for the children and a special workshop for parents. A celebration lunch concludes the weekend of activities.

Other Ways You Can Help!

Open Your Home -- If you have an extra bedroom that you would be willing to offer to an out-of-town camp family as a place to stay in lieu of a hotel, please let us know. Saving hotel fees could make all the difference in whether an out-of-town family is able to attend camp this year and have a chance to give their child(ren) the "heritage camp experience."

Donate to the Camp Scholarship Fund -- We also accept donations to provide scholarships to children to be able to attend camp, who otherwise would be unable to participate, and/or "family grants" to assist traveling families with their motel fees so that they may attend camp.
