After approval of this screening form, a password to view basic information on a secure webpage about each waiting child will be sent to your email address. We refrain from providing additional detailed reports on a specific child unless you would like to move forward in the adoption process by completing the Waiting Child Application-Part I through our agency.  The Waiting Child Application-Part I is available for download from our website.  Upon approval of your family's Waiting Child Application-Part I, a full file containing all of the child’s referral information and picture(s) will be shared with you.   

Due to the many inquiry calls and emails we receive about waiting children, please understand that if more than one family would like to be considered for the adoption of a specific child, Dillon International's Social Work committee will determine which family they believe has the ability to best meet the child's needs.  If all things appear to be equal, preference may be given to a family based upon various factors such as the family's "paperwork readiness" for submitting a dossier to Vietnam, access to quality health care to meet the child's specific special needs, individual family experience, etc.
