Greetings! My name is Debbie Wynne, M.S. Ed., LCPAA, and I am Dillon International's Director of Adoption for Texas. I also direct Buckner Adoption & Maternity Services' domestic adoption program and supervise its international programs in Ethiopia, Honduras, and Russia. I became Dillon's Director of Adoption in Texas when Dillon affiliated with Buckner International on January 1, 2009. I have worked in the adoption field for almost 20 years and am a long-time Buckner employee.
