ABOUT MAREN: Maren completed her
undergraduate degree from Oral Roberts University in 1977 and
her Masters in Social Work from the University of Kansas in
1980. She joined Dillon's staff as Adoption Supervisor in
1996. She is married and has one teenage son. In her
free time, she enjoys gardening, college basketball, and
activities with her church.

ABOUT REBECCA:
Rebecca joined Dillon International's staff in 1995. She
is the adoptive parent of two beautiful daughters from Haiti,
who are now in their early 20's. Her daughters were
siblings, ages 2 and 4, when she and her husband adopted them in
1985.

ABOUT DENISE:
Denise joined the
Dillon International staff in May 2004. She received her
Bachelors in Social Work from Carroll College in Helena, MT, and
worked for nine years at a treatment facility for children with
emotional and attachment disturbances. After marrying a Tulsan,
she relocated from the mountains of
Montana
to the green hills of
Oklahoma.
Her blended family includes a yellow lab named Hannah and a cat
named Fiona.

Mary Anne Mesko, BSW Case Manager for

ABOUT MARY ANNE: Mary
Anne recently joined the Tulsa staff as a case manager.
Prior to her move to OK, Mary Anne was case manager for the
Dillon Missouri office for several years.A
St. Louis, MO, native, Mary Anne received her BSW from St. Louis
University in Spring 2001. She has tentative plans to
pursue her MSW in the near future. Mary Anne enjoys
photography, reading, digital scrapping, traveling and the great

Tami Davidson, MSW Director of India Program & Waiting Child Program
ABOUT TAMI: Tami joined the Dillon staff in
1999 and has worked with Dillon's Korea, Haiti, India, and
Guatemala programs. She received her Bachelors in Social
Work from Oral Roberts University and her Masters of Social Work
from the University of Oklahoma.
Duk Kyung Um, MSW
Director of Korea Program & Korea Birthland Tour Director
ABOUT DUK
KYUNG: She was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea.
Before moving to the U.S., Ms. Um worked as a social worker for
Eastern Social Welfare Society from 1982-1992. She
received her Masters in Social Work from the University of
Wisconsin and joined Dillon International in 1995 as the
Director of the Korea Adoption Program. Ms. Um enjoys
living in Tulsa and is active in the Korean Church where
she has many friendships and has been able to grow spiritually.
She remains close to her family in Korea through periodic visits
to see them while serving the needs of Dillon adoptees and
families.

ABOUT
ALICE: A native Tulsan, Alice attended University of Notre
Dame for her undergraduate degree. Her Masters in Social
Work is from the University of Oklahoma. Alice has been a
member of the Dillon International staff since 2001.

Jan Dunn Case Manager for Korea Program
ABOUT JAN: Jan Dunn is excited to serve
adoptive families in her new role as case manager for Dillon's
Korea Program. Prior to this assignment, Jan worked in the
agency's Adoption Education Center coordinating post-adoption
education and was an assistant to Dillon's Development Dept.
Before she came to work for Dillon, Jan used her degree in
Family Relations and Child Development as a child life
specialist for a local hospital. She became a part of the Dillon family when she was
adopted from Korea in 1980 and has made it back full circle! She is married to a wonderful guy, Andy, who is an
infantryman in the Army National Guard. They have two
Siberian Huskies, Oscar and Maia.

ABOUT RHONDA:
Kristin Enevoldsen Process Coordinator & Discussion Forum Manager
ABOUT KRISTIN:
Kristin began working here in June of 2006. She is
currently working towards a BA in Business Administration
and attending Tulsa Community College. Kristin’s life has
been touched by adoption. Her family has adopted three
children internationally, two of whom are from South Korea
and one from Ukraine. In her spare time she enjoys reading
and spending time with her family. Kristin's
favorite quote about adoption is from Harry Holt, the
grandfather of international adoption, "Every child
deserves a home of his own."

ABOUT ANGELA:Angela has been with Dillon
since 1997, but started part-time work from home in 2000
after her 1st daughter was born. She now has a 3- and
5-year-old and is starting to work more in the office
again. She is an adoptee, a birth mom and also serves as a
birth mom mentor in the

ABOUT MARGIE:
After completing her undergraduate degree in social work from
the University of Missouri and receiving her MSW from St. Louis
University, Margie has worked in the field of adoption since 1988.
Margie has been Dillon's Director of Adoption for Missouri
families since
1997. Margie
is married and has two children by birth -- an 18-year-old son and
14-year-old daughter.

ABOUT KIMBERLY:
Christy Horne Administrative Assistant - Arkansas
ABOUT CHRISTY:
Christy
first became associated with Dillon International when
she and her husband adopted their youngest daughter at
the age of three from China in 2000. They also have two
biological children, ages 18 and 16. Christy and her
husband have remained involved with Dillon through
volunteer work. In April of 2005, she began
working part-time in the Arkansas office.

Alison Van Hecke, LMSW

ABOUT ALISON:
Alison earned both her BSW and her MSW from the University of Kansas.
Alison joined Dillon International as a contract home study
provider in 2002 before becoming the agency's Director of
Adoption for the state of Kansas in 2004.

parents of a daughter, who was adopted from the Philippines, and

Melanie Chung Sherman, MSW Director of Adoption - Texas
ABOUT ZACH: Zach has
worked in a variety of fields from logging to counseling
troubled youth. He holds degrees in both Physics and Philosophy.
A father of three, he appreciates the joy that children can
bring to a home. Zach first came to Dillon to assist with the
accreditation process resulting from The Hague Convention. He
and his wife plan on adopting in the future.
Karin Price

Midwest Region Coordinator
ABOUT KARIN: During
the past 25 years, Karin has worked in the field of adoption and
international child welfare. She has served Dillon International
families in various roles over the years including adoption case
manager, home study provider, and agency executive director. In
her role as Midwest Regional Coordinator for Dillon, Karin is
often asked to be a guest speaker on adoption-related topics.
Karin has extensive experience providing pre- and post-adoption
services. Karin is married and has three children by marriage,
birth and adoption. She spent herchildhood in South
Korea and has also lived in the People's Republic of China.
ABOUT ESTHER: A native Tulsan,
Esther has lived in Chicago for the past four years while
attending Wheaton College. While at Wheaton, she studied
International Relations. She lived in Nazareth, Ethiopia
for six months as part of an internship and independent study at
the Ethiopian Kale Heywet Church Nazareth Medan ACTS Project,
and HIV/AIDS prevention, control and rehabilitation project.
Esther has enjoyed traveling all of her life and has had the
opportunity to spend time in Kazakhstan, Ethiopia, Honduras,
Mexico, Brazil and all over Europe. She backpacked around
Europe for 2.5 months while in college combining two of her
favorite activities -- traveling and back backing. She
loves camping, Christmas, skiing, family, coffee and many other
outdoor activities. Esther plans to continue her
international studies in the future.
ABOUT SUSANNA:
Susanna has been in Public Relations and Resource Development
for 25 years. She joined Dillon International's staff in
1992 to expand the agency's fundraising efforts. Susanna loves
any opportunity to talk to donors and potential donors about the
various ways they can become involved in Dillon's work to help
homeless children have a better life. Over 30 years ago,
she became the adoptive parent of two children through domestic
adoption. She is married and recently celebrated the
arrival of her first grandchild.
Tonnie Dosser
Director of orphanCare International &
Associate Director of Development
ABOUT
TONNIE: Dillon International has had the great privilege
of benefiting from Tonnie's graphic/visual arts expertise since
2000 when she joined the staff. Tonnie spends her time
working on fundraising and fundraising events, and coordinating
the sponsorship programs of orphanCare International. When she is not at Dillon, Tonnie spends her time
with her husband and two teenage daughters.

ABOUT CINDY: Cindy has been a staff member with Dillon International since
1994. Over the past 10 years, she has enjoyed using her graphic
design skills and her public relations & marketing experience to
reach new adoptive families about the benefits of adopting
through Dillon. She is married with two sons by marriage, whom
she has always described as her “adoptions from the heart.”

ABOUT SUSAN:
Before joining Dillon International five years ago, Susan worked
as a newspaper reporter for several years in Texas and New
Mexico. She enjoys answering media questions about adoption and
sharing family adoption stories with newspaper, television,
radio, and magazine reporters. Susan is married and has two
children by birth -- a 13-year-old son and a daughter, 4 months
old.

ABOUT ROSALYN: Rosalyn
grew up in Tulsa and graduated with an engineering degree
from Texas A&M. After a two year
stint with Habitat for Humanity International in Georgia,
she wanted to continue a career in the nonprofit arena. She
now assists the development and public relations departments
at Dillon. She enjoys cooking, movie watching and learning
Italian.

Janice started with Dillon in September of 2004 thanks to a
referral from her sister-in-law Karin Price. She and her
husband have 3 children, all in their twenties, and 2
wonderful granddaughters. She enjoys baking for friends &
family and serving in the ladies ministry of her church.
