ABOUT REBECCA:
Rebecca joined Dillon International's staff in 1995. She
is the adoptive parent of two beautiful daughters from Haiti,
who are now in their early 20's. Her daughters were
siblings, ages 2 and 4, when she and her husband adopted them in
1985.

ABOUT DENISE:
Denise joined the
Dillon International staff in May 2004. She received her
Bachelors in Social Work from Carroll College in Helena, MT, and
worked for nine years at a treatment facility for children with
emotional and attachment disturbances. After marrying a Tulsan,
she relocated from the mountains of
Montana
to the green hills of
Oklahoma.
Her blended family includes a yellow lab named Hannah and a cat
named Fiona.

JYNGER: Jynger
joined Dillon as an intern in 2001 and was hired
in 2002 after receiving her Bachelors of Social Work from
Northeastern State University (NSU). She graduated from
the University of Oklahoma (OU) with a Masters in Social Work in
2004. Jynger has 3 children -- 2 sons by birth and 1 daughter
from India.

ABOUT DUK
KYUNG: She was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea.
Before moving to the U.S., Ms. Um worked as a social worker for
Eastern Social Welfare Society from 1982-1992. She
received her Masters in Social Work from the University of
Wisconsin and joined Dillon International in 1995 as the
Director of the Korea Adoption Program. Ms. Um enjoys
living in Tulsa and is active in the Korean Church where
she has many friendships and has been able to grow spiritually.
She remains close to her family in Korea through periodic visits
to see them while serving the needs of Dillon adoptees and
families.

ABOUT JAN:
Jan Dunn joined the Dillon team in 2004. She has a
Bachelor’s degree in Family Relations and Child Development
and is a Certified Child Life Specialist. She also has her
Master’s in Social Work and is a member of Adoptees for
Children. Jan also serves as an advisor to the board of
directors for SOS-Coffee Bunker. She has one son who is the
light of her life.

ABOUT MARY ANNE:
Mary Anne joined Dillon in 2001, serving as the Missouri Case
Manager in our St. Louis office. In 2008, she relocated to Tulsa
and has since served as the case manager for several adoption
programs.
As
a St. Louis, MO, native, Mary Anne received her BSW from St.
Louis University in Spring 2001.

Kimberly joined Dillon International in 2000 after working with
children in a variety of professional settings for over 20
years. She earned her degree in Social Work from Harding
University and is a single mom to a daughter adopted from
Vietnam, two birth children, two children through marriage and
one goldfish who has lived for over five years and grew to be
huge!! Being a part of the adoption community in Arkansas
continues to inspire Kimberly to participate in local and
community events and programs that benefit the children and
families Dillon International serves.

joined the Dillon team in December 2010. Crystal comes from a
diverse social work background that includes children’s
services, mental health counseling and various non-profit work.

from the University of Arkansas. Outside of her work as the
Adoption Coordinator for Dillon International’s Arkansas

Recently, she has become Dillon’s Director of Adoptions for
Kansas families. She is a graduate of the University of Kansas
where she received her Master’s Degree in Social Work in May
2004. Amy has worked in the field of adoption and child welfare
since August 2000. She is married and has two biological
children who are ages 6 and 9. In her spare time she enjoys
spending time with her family, watching or playing sports and
traveling.

During
the past 25 years, Karin has worked in the field of adoption and
international child welfare. She has served Dillon International
families in various roles over the years including adoption case
manager, home study provider, and agency executive director. In
her role as Midwest Regional Coordinator for Dillon, Karin is
often asked to be a guest speaker on adoption-related topics.
Karin has extensive experience providing pre- and post-adoption
services. Karin is married and has three children by marriage,
birth and adoption. She spent her
childhood in South
Korea and has also lived in the People's Republic of China.

ABOUT WHITNEY:
Whitney graduated from Oklahoma
State University (Go Pokes!) with a degree in Marketing and a
minor in Management. She had previously worked for Dillon
International in the Post Placement department, before recently
returning to assist the AEC with Dillon's annual heritage camps
on a full-time basis. Whitney enjoys spending time with
her husband James, daughter Sloane and their two "Rotties," Kyra
and C.J. She also enjoys college sports and sitting down to a
good book.

the Chicago area and her husband from Jamaica have resided in

TONNIE: Dillon International has had the great privilege

the sponsorship programs of orphanCare International. When she is not at Dillon, Tonnie spends her time
with her husband and two teenage daughters.

Susanna has been in Public Relations and Resource Development
for over 25 years. She joined Dillon International's staff in
1992 to expand the agency's fundraising efforts. Susanna assists with the agency's fundraising efforts
focusing on major gift development. Susanna loves
any opportunity to talk to donors and potential donors about the
various ways they can become involved in Dillon's work to help
homeless children have a better life. Over 30 years ago,
she became the adoptive parent of two children through domestic
adoption. She is married with one grandchild.

ABOUT CINDY: Cindy has been with Dillon International since 1994. Over
the past 17 years, she has enjoyed using her graphic design

recently became a grandmother for the second time.

grew up in Tulsa and graduated with an engineering degree
from Texas A&M. After a two year
stint with Habitat for Humanity International in Georgia,
she wanted to continue a career in the nonprofit arena. She
now assists the development and public relations departments
at Dillon. She enjoys cooking, movie watching and learning
Italian.

ABOUT APRIL: April
joined the Dillon staff in the spring of 2011 after two years
overseas learning Arabic, loving on orphans, and soaking up all
that North Africa has to offer. She graduated from Oklahoma
Baptist University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion
and served on staff at her local church for three years before
moving overseas. She feels most at home surrounded by family,
friends, good coffee and a fully stamped passport.

After moving back to her hometown of Tulsa almost six
years ago (from Dallas), Cathy made the decision to work
to make a difference rather than to just earn a living. She is
glad to
be a small part of the wonderful work done by Dillon
International. For the past several years she has enjoyed
volunteering as a delivery driver for Meals on Wheels a few
mornings each month. Cathy and her husband Jimmy enjoy camping,
fishing, gardening, and other outdoor pursuits together. They both
are happy to be living in Tulsa where they love the people and
being able to enjoy life at a slower pace.
