End of Year Letter from Board of Directors Chairman

Dear Adoptees, Donors, Families, and Volunteers,

As we move toward the holiday season and begin meting with friends and family, I want to update you on what is happening at Dillon International. Several things have come together at the same time.

We are entering a transition period at Dillon International. Our Executive Director, Karin Price, will retire at the end of the year. Karin has served for 30 years as a leader in the international adoption community and a dedicated employee of Dillon International. Most recently she has served wonderfully for several years as our Executive Director, working to grow and promote Dillon's mission in the United States and abroad.

We are proud to announce that Jynger Pleasant will be the new Executive Director of Dillon International. Jynger previously worked for Dillon in both our Vietnam and Lifetime Support Services Programs. Jynger has recent adoption related experience in Texas and is returning to a career at Dillon International. We look forward to a long, stable tenure with Jynger.

With Jynger's expertise, Dillon International will be developing a domestic adoption program and expanding our home study programs and our lifetime support services in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, and California.

Our constituents have been extremely supportive as Dillon International has made recent personnel and program adjustments.

I hope that you will continue to support us financially by making a year-end gift. Your financial support makes a difference. Your gift will support our ongoing programs and better the lives of children and families touched by adoption.

Sincerely,

Henry Will
